KLOW ist eine lyophilisierte Multikomponenten-Forschungssubstanz. Sie enthält die gleichen drei Komponenten wie GLOW (GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg, TB-500 10 mg) und ergänzt diese um KPV (Lys-Pro-Val, 10 mg), ein C-terminales Tripeptid-Fragment des Melanocortin-Liganden α-MSH (alpha-Melanozyten-stimulierendes Hormon).
Forschungsrelevanz der Zusatzkomponente KPV
KPV (L-Lysyl-L-Prolyl-L-Valin; CAS 71447-49-9; MW 342,4 g/mol) ist das C-terminale Tripeptid des α-MSH. Dhabhar et al. und Brzoska et al. untersuchten α-MSH-Fragmente im Kontext der Melanocortin-Rezeptor-Aktivierung (MC1R, MC3R) in Immunzellmodellen. Luger und Brzoska publizierten Befunde zur immunmodulatorischen Aktivität kurzer α-MSH-Fragmente in entzündungsrelevanten In-vitro-Systemen (Ann N Y Acad Sci, 1999, DOI: 10.1111/j.1749-6632.1999.tb07889.x).
Die anderen drei Komponenten entsprechen in Spezifikation und Forschungslage dem GLOW-Format — verwiesen sei auf die dort zitierten Primärquellen (Pickart & Margolina 2018, Sikirić et al. 2018, Goldstein & Kleinman 2015).

Example procedure
